Project Manager managed a team of 15 members involved in development using
J2EE, Apache Wicket, EJB, Web Services, IBM Websphere, IBM DB2, IBM RSA and

external products for Loan Origination and Processing that was slowly moved
to the strategic platform with dual facing web interface. The UI consumes the
web services that were developed to do specific functionality through the
application services layer. Financial Service Industry standard model IBM®
IFW was used for the analysis and design of the web services. I started as
project lead responsible for the Trimerge service that interfaces with
external vendor CSC®, Underwritting service that interfaces with the external
vendor FanieMae®. Next as associate project manager was responsible for
technical delivery and later as project manager for the complete real estate
engagement. I was part of the
